Member decision needed regarding board decision referendum request

In January, the board voted, per bylaw 4.7 and board policy C5.9. to remove then-board-member Austin Kelly for violations of the board code of conduct as well was numerous other board and co-op policies. A group of members signed a petition to hold a special meeting to have the decision referred to member-owners for disapproval

Must be a member-owner in-good-standing and RSVP to attend
